About
me
Over the past 35 years, I have specialized in Business Development. I have gained experience working in small, mid-size and multi-national organizations both at home and abroad. Through watching and learning, I have developed a unique approach in which Business Development and Change Management merge. What does change management mean to me? It is the science of value creation for organizations, customer relations and markets, through harnessing the natural strengths of all involved. It is this knowledge and these skills that I will bring to you.
If my way of working may, at times, surprise you, my communication will not. My approach is to increase predictability in a world of increasing uncertainty. My contribution is both strategic and operational. In this way, I create unity and sustainability for your organization, while respecting cultural differences.

Through the use of Tendency and Preference Quadrants COURNECT identifies the strengths and competencies of personnel involved in the business development process as well as their readiness to engage. This includes on- the-job coaching to grow your people and their capabilities
C.
Existing and potential customer base analysis exposing the “path of the least resistance” to results and value, supported by both desk- and field-research.
D.
Draft full financial Business Development plans with translations in to SMART actions and objectives.
Additionally, COURNECT offer temporary operational in-the-field Business Development efforts and will liaise with all parties involved in realizing the objectives.
